Plans For Last Piece Of Former Lowry Air Base Released
DENVER (CBS4) - What to do with the last piece of the former Lowry Air Base?
The Air Force should transfer the land deed in the next month. It's for the 70 acres of land at 1st and Monaco.
The plans include up to 800 homes of various sizes along with office and retail space as well as a 4 1/2 acre park.
