Parker Police Arrest Internet Luring Suspect

PARKER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Parker teamed up with the Douglas County Pattern Crimes Unit to arrest a suspect wanted in connection with an internet luring suspect.

Clinton Royce Haun was arrested Friday on charges of internet luring, exploitation of a child and criminal attempt to commit sexual assault on a child.

Detectives were investigating Haun, 61, who had been having an online relationship with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl. Haun arranged to meet the teen for a sexual encounter and was subsequently arrested when he arrived at a predetermined location.

The Parker Police Department is a member of the national Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
