Owl Rescued After Flying Into Soccer Net
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder helped rescue an owl trapped in a soccer net on Thursday.
The bird flew into the net at the Pleasant View Soccer Fields in Boulder.
Rescuers tried to keep the bird calm, at times putting a towel over him, while they cut off the net.
The owl was taken to a bird rescue group where he was evaluated and cared for.
