'Milli Vinilli Bandits' Appear In Court
DENVER (CBS) – The suspects known as the "Milli Vanilli" Bandits appeared in court Thursday morning.
Two brothers, Jeremy and Derrick Ervin, each face one count of kidnapping and numerous counts of robbery and menacing.
Police say surveillance video caught them in the act.
Investigators believe they robbed more than a dozen businesses in the Denver area in November and December.
They got their name because of wigs they wore in some of the robberies.
The brothers are due back in court in January when additional charges may be filed.
