Thieves Break Into Medical Building, Steal Narcotics
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A group of criminals in Colorado Springs now have as much as $20,000 worth of narcotics.
Police say an unknown number of thieves broke into a medical building near Chapel Hills Drive and Research Parkway and took off with drugs including oxycontin and hydrocodone.
A pharmacist believes they got in using a crowbar early Friday morning.
Police are investigating if the break-in is linked to others at pharmacies and restaurants in the city recently.
