Mayor Hancock Unveils 'Savvy' As 'Youth One Book, One Denver' Choice
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver's biggest book club has a new read for the summer.
Mayor Michael Hancock on Tuesday unveiled the selection for the 2014 Youth One Book, One Denver program for children between 9 and 13.
More than 2,500 Denver children will read "Savvy" by Colorado author Ingrid Law.
The program aims to give children a shared reading experience and fight against summer learning loss.
