Many Apartments Rent Prices Above Average In Colorado
DENVER (CBS4)- It's no surprise that rent prices are high in the Denver metro area. But a new study shows that many are growing at twice the rate of the national average.
Apartmentlists.com shows many Colorado cities are above the state average price for rent. The median two-bedroom rents for $2,000 in Boulder.
Centennial, Highlands Ranch and Broomfield round out the top four most expensive cities in Colorado.
