Man Pleads Guilty To Pulling Gun On Kids Who Threw Snowballs
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - A man has pleaded guilty after he pulled a gun on children in Boulder.
Richard Nam was napping in his van when he says three boys threw snowballs at it last November outside the Boulder Korean Church near 35th Street and Madison Avenue.
Nam told police he was startled and waved the gun at the children to scare them.
A judge sentenced Nam to a two-year deferred sentence.
