Man Pleads Guilty To Deadly Stabbing At Aurora Motel
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- A man has pleaded guilty to stabbing a man to death nearly four years ago at an Aurora motel.
Jesse Dennis Dimmick pleaded guilty on Friday to second-degree murder for stabbing Michael Levar Curtis to death.
The stabbing happened Sept. 10, 2009 at the Carriage Motor Inn in Auroral.
Curtis, 28, was stabbed in the neck in a motel room.
Dimmick, 38, had been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, motor vehicle theft and theft by receiving.
Dimmick will be sentenced June 6 in Adams County District Court. He faces a sentence of up to 48 years in prison.
