Man Killed While Walking On I-25 In Castle Rock
CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) - A pedestrian has died after being hit by at least one vehicle while walking on Interstate 25.
The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. All northbound lanes of I-25 in the area were closed to drivers as the Colorado State Patrol investigated.
"We do know that he was staying at a hotel here in Castle Rock and I suspect he was maybe lost trying to get back there," a trooper said.
No charges have been filed yet against the drivers who hit that man, although it's not out of the question.
The interstate reopened at about 2:30 a.m.
