Man Killed In Single Car Crash In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a deadly crash in Lakewood Monday morning.
Around 3:40 a.m. the driver lost control of his car, crossed the median at Kipling and Girton, and smashed into a traffic light.
The driver, Alamo Onak, 37, was killed. He was the only one in the car. Police say Onak may have fallen asleep.
The crash closed Kipling for several hours.
Toxicology tests will determine if drugs or alcohol were involved.
