Police: Man Arrested After Riding E-Scooter Drunk Down 16th Street Mall
DENVER (CBS4) - As confusion continues to surround electric scooters in and around Denver, police stopped one rider on suspicion of being intoxicated while riding.
The man was on 16th Street Mall on Tuesday when police say he nearly hit two pedestrians while he was riding.
The rider now faces a DUI charge.
