Man Accused Of Leaving Baby In Van
SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A Summit County father was in court Friday, accused of leaving his young child in a van for hours.
Police say Michael Sanchez left the toddler in the van for at least two hours as temperatures hovered in the teens.
A passing couple saw the girl inside and called police.
Sanchez is charged with child abuse. The girl was turned over to her mother and did not need medical attention.
