Man Accused Of Killing Roommate Back In Colorado, Appears In Court
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of killing his roommate is back in Colorado and is being held without bond.
Ryan Boyd Hicks, 34, of Lakewood, made his first appearance in Jefferson County Court Monday morning to be advised of the charges.
Prosecutors identified Hicks as a suspect after the body of 49-year-old David Noren was found in Clear Creek County nearly three weeks after he was reported missing.
Hicks had been Noren's roommate. He also faces charges of robbery in Noren's disappearance and death.
Hicks was being held in Arizona on unrelated charges and waived extradition back to Colorado.
