Low-Flying Plane Causes Series Of Damaging Events
DE BEQUE, Colo. (CBS4) - A low flying plane may have caused damage to cars and left debris on Interstate 70 in De Beque.
Witnesses say the plane clipped a cable, which then struck a semi truck, knocking off the truck's hood. The hood of that truck then flew into a nearby SUV.
There were no injuries in the incident. Mesa County police said the plane landed safely with a bit of visible damage.
All debris that had fallen onto the highway was cleared.
