Man Killed In Shootout With Officers
LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) - A man is dead after a shooting involving police officers.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m. Thursday near Namaqua Park, which is west of Interstate 25, in Loveland.
Police say they were at a traffic stop and a crash when they found the suspect car involved.
A man opened fire.
Several officers returned fire, hitting the man.
He later died at the hospital.
His name has not yet been released.
No one else was hurt.
