Illegal Campfire Spreads In Pike National Forest
PIKE NATIONAL FOREST, Colo. (CBS4)- A Timberline Fire Protection District crew was first on the scene of an illegal campfire that got out of control over the weekend. The crew rushed to Pike National Forest on Sunday.
The crew was patrolling near Lake George when they responded to the fire.
Firefighters say incidents like this are at an all-time high.
