Hit & Run Crash Shuts Down US 6, Suspect Escapes On Foot
DENVER (CBS4) - Traffic came to a complete stop on US 6 in Denver Friday night after multiple vehicles were involved in a crash.
The eastbound direction of travel was closed at Sheridan Boulevard at approximately 11:30 p.m. due to an accident. Police said at least four cars were involved, possibly five.
There were minor injuries in the crash, and the highway was closed until 12:37 a.m.
The suspect was able to get away on foot and left the car at the scene.
