Hillary Clinton Tells CBS' Charlie Rose Gov. Hickenlooper Is 'First Class'
DENVER (CBS4) - Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton could announce her vice presidential candidate as early as Friday. Among them are a couple of governors -- Tim Kaine from Virginia and Colorado's John Hickenlooper.
CBS' Charlie Rose asked Clinton about both of them.
Rose: Kaine, have you been with him in Virginia? He says he's too boring.
Clinton: (Laugh) And I love that about him. He's never lost an election. He was a world-class mayor, governor and senator.
Rose: Hickenlooper, the governor of Colorado?
Clinton: First class.
Rose: Being vetted; both of these have been vetted?
Clinton: Well, I'm not … confirming. But I have a great and high regard for these two people.
