Habitual Sex Offender Back Behind Bars In Douglas County
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - After a month-long investigation a habitual sex offender is back behind bars in Douglas County.
Roger Charette, 59, faces charges of suspicion of 13 counts of sexual assault on a child, aggravated incest and habitual sex offender against children.
Charette pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault in 1984 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 2 years probation.
