Fort Carson, Springs To Sign Community Covenant

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Army leaders and Colorado Springs officials are signing a community covenant recognizing the ties between the city and Fort Carson.

The document will be signed Wednesday at Colorado Springs City Hall.

Army Secretary John McHugh, Fort Carson commander Maj. Gen. Joseph Anderson and Colorado Springs Mayor Stephen Bach will attend.
