Former Probation Officer Faces Sex Assault Charges
PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) -- A former probation officer has been arrested by Pueblo authorities after a woman complained she was forced to have sex.
Guy Cruz turned himself in Wednesday to authorities at Pueblo County jail. He was released on $25,000 bail and faces charges of sexual assault.
Authorities say the former Colorado Springs probation officer has been under investigation since October by police there for allegedly having a sexual relationship with an adult female client.
