Fire Engulfs Large Home In Southeast Metro Area
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - A home near the Centennial-Aurora line caught on fire late Friday afternoon.
When Copter4 flew over the fire at 4:30 p.m. flames were shooting out of the roof and firefighters were attacking the blaze with hoses and breaking windows. South Metro Fire said the fire was brought under control just after 5 p.m.
The home is located near the intersection of S. Eagle and Maplewood, just off East Orchard and Parker Road.
There was no immediate word on a cause of the fire and it wasn't clear if anyone was hurt.
