AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A man who was shot in the leg during an Aurora robbery is expected to recover.
Police say a man walked into a Family Dollar store around 8:30 Saturday morning, pulled out a gun and demanded money. After a scuffle the suspect shot one of the employees in the leg. An accomplice then entered the store and the two thieves made off with some cash.
Aurora police are hoping someone will recognize the men. They've released surveillance photos of them and their car.
The suspects are said to be two black men in their 20s. One was wearing a black hoodie and the other a white hoodie.
The vehicle is believed to be a gray or silver Chevy Monte Carlo with an inverted wing type spoiler on the back and it doesn't have a front plate.
