DUI Checkpoint Welcomes Horses In Golden
GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - The Lakewood Police Department had an unusual stop during a DUI checkpoint Tuesday night.
In true Colorado fashion, several horses and riders came up the street toward the checkpoint in Golden.
It is illegal in Colorado to ride a horse while under the influence.
The horses and riders went through the checkpoint, leaving Lakewood police to tweet photos about the encounter.
