Denver weather: Fall-like temperatures by the end of the week
Today will be mostly sunny to start with clouds increasing this afternoon. Daytime highs will top out in the upper 80s in the Front Range. We have a chance of isolated storms across the I-25 corridor after 2 pm.
There is a marginal risk of strong to severe storms across northeast Colorado with gusty winds and damaging hail being the main concern. For the Broncos home opener at Empower Field, expect mostly dry conditions with clouds building throughout the game. There's a small chance for a stray shower.
We will start the workweek with temperatures staying above normal in the upper 80s, but by the end of the week temperatures begin to drop and we have a better chance for rain showers.
