Broken Water Main Closes Busy Street, Businesses Without Water
DENVER (CBS4)- A broken water main has shut down a busy street near City Park on Monday and shut off water to more than a dozen businesses.
Denver Water crews are fixing a broke water main that shut down Josephine Street between 14th and Colfax Avenue.
About 16 businesses were without water on Monday.
Denver Water told CBS4 that a six-inch pipe broke. The reason is likely a weakened section in the pipe.
It's not clear how long repairs will take.
