Denver Deputy Charged With Sexual Assault
DENVER (CBS4) - A Denver sheriff's deputy has been charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
The district attorney's office charged Brennon Lonergan with one count of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.
Prosecutors say Lonergan inappropriately touched a teenage girl in may of 2009.
Lonergan is in the Adams County Jail.
