Delays For Drivers Along I-70 During Paving Project
GEORGETOWN, Colo. (CBS4)- A repaving project at the Eisenhower-Johnson Tunnels will cause big delays for drivers traveling Interstate 70 for the next several weeks.
Only one lane of I-70 will be open to traffic through October.
The project also includes the installation of 15 miles of guard rails from the tunnels to Georgetown.
The Colorado Department of Transportation said the project will cost about $6.5 million.
