Deer Stuck In Window Well Had To Be Tranquilized And Pulled Through Home
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) -- Wildlife officers rescued a mule deer that was trapped in an uncovered window well in Colorado Springs on Sunday.
The 200-pound buck was trapped in a six foot deep well. Luckily, it was not seriously injured.
Officers tranquilized the deer and pulled it into the home and up out of the house.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife reminded people that uncovered window wells can be a threat to wildlife.
