Cyclist Suffers Serious Injuries In Boulder Hit & Run

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado State Patrol is asking for help after a hit-and-run accident that injured a biker in the Boulder area.

It happened Friday at midday on the 6800 block of Olde Stage Road.

A 54-year-old cyclist suffered serious injuries.

The driver spoke briefly with a witness but then left the scene.

The vehicle was described as being a mid-90s Chevy or GMC pickup truck that was reddish in color. The front right headlight is missing or damaged.

The driver was believed to be a white male who was possibly in his mid 20s or 30s.

The victim's name hasn't been released.
