Denver Man To Sit With First Lady For Job Speech
DENVER (CBS4) - A Denver man will sit with First Lady Michelle Obama for the president's Thursday night's speech to Congress.
Kirk Bergstrom, 43, is a construction worker who was about to leave Colorado to find work elsewhere when he got a job associated with RTD's FasTracks light rail project.
Bergstrom has a wife and four children, several of whom are adopted.
President Barack Obama's aims to spur Congress into action and show voters once and for all that he has a plan to stimulate growth and spur job creation in an address on the economy Thursday night at 5 p.m.
