Colorado Kids Get Stuck After Move To Minnesota

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (CBS4)- Two kids from Colorado gave their parents quite a fright after moving to their new home in Minnesota. The siblings got their heads stuck in the banister.

Their mom, Jessica Romero, called 911 when her 3-year-old son became trapped in between the two railings.

While she was on the phone with dispatchers, her 2-year-old daughter copied her brother, also becoming trapped!

The fire department rushed to the home and got the kids free by pulling out the banisters.

The family recently moved to Cottage Grove, Minn. from Fountain near Colorado Springs. Now they'll have to make some home repairs.
