Colorado Coronavirus Deaths Increase As Hospitalizations Decrease

DENVER (CBS4) -  The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment announced there are more than 16,600 known positive cases of coronavirus in the state on Sunday. The number of deaths increased to 842.

With 73% of hospitals statewide reporting, the number of hospitalizations decreased to 722 from 737 on Saturday. More than 50 people were discharged or transferred in the last 24 hours, down from 67 on Saturday.

The number of outbreaks remains at 163.
