Charges Allege Assault On Denver Bar Worker

DENVER (AP) -- A woman accused of grabbing a bar employee's genitals and kicking him in the groin as he tried to stop her from leaving the bar with a drink is charged with unlawful sexual contact.

The Denver district attorney also has filed a charge of third-degree assault against 41-year-old Lori Ann Waldo over the alleged incident Oct. 15.

She was being held Friday on a $5,000 bond. It wasn't immediately clear whether she had hired an attorney who could speak on her behalf.
