Chance To Win $3.2M Home In Cherry Creek For $150
DENVER (CBS4)- A home worth $3.2 million in Cherry Creek is up for grabs to those who buy a $150 raffle ticket. The money raised also helps the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
The 10,000 square foot home is surprisingly cozy inside.
Owner Dawn Raymond took 4 On Your Side Money Saver Suzanne McCarroll on a tour of the luxury home.
"Two refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers and a separate caterer's kitchen," said Raymond.
There's even a see-through wine cellar below the kitchen.
"We got this idea when we were in a wine tour in Argentina," said Raymond.
There are pools with salt water. The indoor pool resembles a resort spa. Get the popcorn machine warmed up because there's even a 3-D movie theater.
On the lower level there is a weight room and a rec room.
Proceeds will go directly to help improve the lives of the children in the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
The lucky winner of the home can elect to take the $2 million in cash. In addition to supporting Boys & Girls Clubs, the raffle will be giving away over 300 prizes, of which the grand prize is a $3 million Denver dream home or $2 million in cash.
