Man Accused Of Setting Building On Fire During Police Chase To Appear In Court
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of setting an apartment on fire during a police chase is expected to face a judge on Monday.
Brandon Besson, 28, is facing several charges including attempted murder and arson.
Besson allegedly ran away from police during a traffic stop and tried to hide in a four-plex in Lakewood. Police say he set the building on fire before being arrested.
The Red Cross is helping out seven people displaced by the fire.
