Boulder Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder arrested a sexual assault suspect enrolled in the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Colorado.
Officers arrested William Norris, 22, in connection with a sexual assault that allegedly occurred on July 14, 2015. The alleged assault happened inside a home located at 1205 East Ridge Ave. It was reported to police on Jan. 19.
All the involved parties are in the Air Force ROTC program and CU. Norris turned himself in at the Boulder County Jail and faces charges of sexual assault.
