Blockbuster Relocating Headquarters To Colorado
DENVER (CBS4)- It could be called a Blockbuster move. The movie rental company is moving its headquarters to Colorado along with 150 new jobs.
Gov. John Hickenlooper joined DISH CEO Charlie Ergen and Blockbuster's president at a ribbon cutting ceremony in Englewood.
The new Blockbuster Worldwide Headquarters will relocate from Texas to the Denver suburb at9601 Meridian Blvd.
There are about 900 Blockbuster stores remaining across the U.S.
DISH, a Colorado-based satellite television provider recently purchased Blockbuster.
