Udi's now has a dedicated bakery just for its gluten-free products to avoid cross contamination. You can also buy loaves of bread and bags of granola at the café'. Some of the items on the café's menu include pizza, sandwiches and burgers. Most of the cafes serve breakfast and lunch from 7am–2:30 pm.

In July of 2009, Coors Field became home to the first major league baseball gluten-free concession stand. While enjoying a Rockies game, Celiac sufferers can buy a gluten-free hot dog, cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. They also offer potato chips, pretzels, cookies, brownies and beer. All of the condiments at the stand are also gluten-free.
The gluten-free products do cost a little more than their alternatives. Hamburgers are about $9, hotdogs $7 beers $6. The stand can be found at section 147.
