Top Business Breakfasts In The Denver Area

Breakfast has gained popularity for the business crowd. It seems clients are willing to get up a little early and conduct some business before they start their day rather than spend precious evening family time for a lengthy dinner. What makes a good business breakfast place? Good food, good coffee, privacy, convenience and parking. Here are Denver's favorites.

Snooze

Multiple locations, check their website

Snooze is cool and the food is really good. Snooze is the type of place to take clients to impress. If your client has not been there they have been dying to try it, if they have been there they are happy to be seen there again. The food has so many personalities. If you are fun, try the pancake flight from pineapple upside down pancakes, chocolate/peanut butter, to sweet potato pancakes topped with ginger butter. For the sophisticate, try the Bella Benny, a homemade English muffin, with prosciutto, brie cheese, and poached eggs topped with cream cheese hollandaise, balsamic glaze and arugula. Adventurous? Try filling your breakfast burrito with poblano, avocado, and chicken sausage. Snooze seems to be popping up all over town making a meeting location convenient.

Lucile's

Lucile's has slightly different menus for each location, and their own organic farm producing the freshest ingredients for the restaurants. Start with the Chicory coffee with a rich chocolate essence or the house spiced tea that is a perfect blend of cinnamon. Creole breakfast brings has a certain enhancement to a meeting.  Try the Cajun style blackened salmon with eggs, Eggs Rockefeller with scrambled eggs, steamed spinach, fried oysters and Rockefeller sauce, or Hank's Eggs with a perfect blend of peppers, cheddar cheese, potatoes and sausage all scrambled together. Most entrees are served with a four inch high buttermilk biscuit you can dab with homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. If you want a nice touch for a client send them home with spiced tea, biscuit mix, and strawberry rhubarb jam.

Dozens is a Denver tradition for over 25 years which is why it seems like a must-stop for a business breakfast. Yes, the tables are close and you can hear other conversations, but that is the appeal. Any weekday you will see plenty of Denver's who's who. The menu boasts the same with entrée names like Capitol Hill (mushroom, onion and Swiss omlette), Here's Your Aspen (avocado, tomato, and feta omelet, Steamboat (scramble with bacon, cheddar, and sour cream and chives), and the D.T.C (eggs made your way with potatoes, fruit and English muffin). Servers don't seem to mind if your meeting runs long and will fill your coffee endlessly.

Toast

The second location of Toast opened in the old VI on 2nd and Columbine, and yes the décor has not been updated but you will get the same delicious food as the Littleton Location. Breakfast meetings in Cherry Creek are convenient and Toast offers a parking lot and an inventive menu that never disappoints. There are plenty of choices if you like a sweet breakfast like the Nutella Stuffed French Toast topped with bananas or the S 'mores Pancakes that crust the pancake with graham cracker and top with warm hot fudge, marshmallow fluff and whipped cream. Toast offers a nice touch of pure maple syrup for an additional charge.   Many classics to choose from include the upgraded Denver Omelet with green chilies, or corned beef hash and eggs. A big plus for Toast is the giant coffee cups; this reduces the need for interruption for your meeting.
