Deputies Exchange Fire With Drunken Driving Suspect In Berthoud, Driver Injured
(CBS4) - Deputies in Larimer County got a call about a suspected drunk driver on Wednesday night and when they responded to the scene there was a shootout with the driver. It happened in Berthoud at 2nd Street and Welch Avenue.
No deputies were hurt.
The driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
So far it's not clear what led up to shots being fired at the scene.
