Bagel Shop Murder, Arson Suspect Appears In Court
DENVER (CBS4)- The man accused of murdering a man and then setting fire to an apartment located above a bagel shop to cover up the crime appeared in court on Thursday.
On May 2 crews found Shane Richardson, 29, after putting out the fire in an apartment unit above Rosenberg's Bagels at Welton Street and 26th Avenue.
Police arrested Brian Pattison in Richardson's, 29, death. Pattison pleaded not guilty to murder and arson charges in court on Thursday.
His trial has been scheduled for April 10, 2017.
