Attorney General Says Office Depot Agrees To Refunds

DENVER (AP) - Attorney General John Suthers says Office Depot has agreed to offer refunds to nearly 115 Colorado governmental agencies and nonprofits for high cost plans.

Suthers says under the agreement, Office Depot will refund those Colorado customers up to $189,000.

Suthers said the customers were placed on a higher-cost price plan either without their knowledge or without complete information about the cost differences between the price plans available to the customers.

Office Depot has denied any wrongdoing and Suthers said the company cooperated with the yearlong investigation.
