Another Man Charged For Alleged Jury Tampering In Denver

DENVER (CBS4) - Another man is now accused of jury tampering for allegedly handing out literature on jury nullification as potential jurors entered the Lindsay-Flanigan Courthouse in Denver.

According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Eric Brandt, 43, has been charged with seven counts of jury tampering.

"The charges allege on July 27 Brandt was staffing a small booth with a sign that said 'Juror Info' in front of the courthouse and provided jury nullification flyers to jury pool members," Kimbrough said in a statement.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Brandt and police need help locating him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.

Codefendant Mark Iannicelli, 56, was charged earlier and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday for his second advisement of the charges.
