Accidental Cooking Fire Causes Damage At Assisted Living Complex
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Investigators say an accidental cooking fire burned an apartment at an assisted living facility in Aurora early Monday morning.
The fire ignited and burned in a single unit at the Canterbury Gardens Apartments located in at 11265 East Mississippi Avenue. There was also smoke damage to another unit.
Only a minor injury was reported. That person was treated at the scene.
