3rd Man Arrested After Fatal Shooting In Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say a third man has been arrested on charges stemming from a fatal shooting near a motorcycle clubhouse in Colorado Springs.
Eric Bartholomew, a Fort Carson soldier, was arrested Friday night and charged with first-degree murder for the March 3 death of 31-year-old Virgil "Jason" Means of Colorado Springs. Police say 27-year-old John Anthony Burrell, also a Fort Carson soldier, and 30-year-old Sin City Disciple member Christopher Mountjoy of Fountain have been arrested in the case.
Means died of a gunshot wound after shots were fired at a vehicle carrying him away from the Sin City Disciple motorcycle club following a disturbance.
