3 Suspects In 9-Year-Old Murder Case To Appear In Court
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Two brothers and one of their wives are scheduled to appear in court Friday afternoon to enter pleas on charges that they killed a woman.
Daniel, David and Roseanne DeWild all face charges in the 2003 murder of Heather DeWild. Daniel was Heather's estranged husband. David is Daniel's twin brother.
The three lived together at the time of Heather's disappearance. She went missing in the summer of 2003. Her body was discovered six weeks later off Highway 6.
The DeWilds were set to get a divorce the week after she was found dead.
Heather's murder went unsolved for eight years until the trio was arrested last year in relation to her murder.
