3 Confess To Stealing U.S. Ski Team Equipment At Copper Mountain
DENVER (CBS4) - Three men have confessed to stealing equipment from the U.S. Ski Team.
William Lancaster, Ryan Lundquist and James Callahan are all facing charges of felony theft. Lundquist is an employee at Copper Mountain.
Investigators say the three stole $6,000 worth of jackets, pants and other gear last week from a conference room at Copper Mountain.
Police found the stolen items but they were unusable because the thieves tried to remove the ski team logos.
All three face up to 6 years in prison and heavy fines.
