2 Women Found Stabbed After Standoff In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A man is now in custody after an overnight standoff in Lakewood.
After a 2-hour stalemate early Monday morning police rammed through the door and found two women with stab wounds.
Michael Romero, 42, was arrested. He is facing charges of attempted murder and kidnapping. It happened at an apartment on West 16th Place.
Police say the women who were stabbed knew Romero. They were both treated and released from the hospital.
